We wanted to share about a wonderful resource our partner, Dr. Catherine Permin, DNP, APRN has founded. This service is for anyone who could benefit from a little extra support with resources like scheduling appointments, housing assistance, assistance with food and basic needs and much more. These services are for anyone who has commercial insurance.

Hey hey,

Kathy still has openings for LAIG! If you're an adult in Kentucky interested in talking about socializing, depression and anxiety, this group meets every Monday at 11AM!

Refreshments and art activities are provided.

The cost for the group is $5 per group or for clients who have Medicaid!

We're trying something new for Life As It Grows! We're beginning an adult version of this group in-person and via telehealth. While your children are at school, come socialize, talk about depression/anxiety and engage in some Art Therapy too!

Life As It Grows, a social skills group for adults, begins this week! Kathy talks about skills to assist adults in building meaningful friendships and relationships in a fun and safe environment! This group will be on Tuesdays at 11am, in person or telehealth! We've got some spots still open for next week!

Happy Saturday! Some of us have been feeling a little under the weather lately and have struggled with posting on our social media page. BUT! Today is World Mental Health Day and what better way to get back on track?!

We are back at it again with Targeted Case Management services!

We're building our waitlist for clients who may benefit from this service. Our goal is to begin providing TCM services again in December of 2026!

Targeted Case Management is a service for clients in Kentucky who have Medicaid insurances. We will provide this service via telehealth and in-person in 2027.

If you or someone you know is interested in seeking this service, reach out to us and we will add you to our list!
