🌿 A BIG LIFE UPDATE FROM REVIVE & ROOT 🌿

Sometimes life opens a door you weren’t expecting…and you realize it’s time to step through it. ❤️

I’m incredibly excited to share that I’ve accepted a wonderful new career opportunity that is a HUGE step for me personally and professionally, and one that I’m genuinely excited to begin.

With this new chapter comes a change for Revive & Root.

After a lot of thought, I’ve decided that I will no longer be offering clinical herbal consultations or TENS/hot towel therapy services. If you need professional guidance there, the staff I’ve worked alongside over at Nature's Way Natural Health is the best, most informed, and most educated colleagues I’ve ever had the pleasure of growing with. Please go see them!!! They are brilliant, and always able to help!!

But Revive & Root is NOT going away! 🌱

I WILL continue making my handcrafted herbal products, including my tinctures, salves, fire c***r, soaps and other seasonal creations. 🌿🫙 I’ll also continue sharing herbal education and the knowledge I’ve worked so hard to gain over the years.

You will still find my products at Mountain Homemade and at Nature’s Way Natural Health!
Revive & Root has grown and changed right alongside me, and I’m so thankful for every single person who has trusted me, supported my business, purchased something I made, referred someone to me, or simply shared one of my posts.

This isn’t goodbye at all. ❤️

It’s simply:
A little more creating.
A little less clinical.
And a whole lot of gratitude for where this journey has taken me.

Here’s to new beginnings, answered prayers, and having the courage to walk through the doors that open. 🌿✨

😂 Okay, I had to try the “Ask ChatGPT to give your personality a mascot” trend… and apparently mine is a GOLDEN RETRIEVER. 🐾💛

And honestly? Accurate. 😂

🌿 Herbs everywhere
🐾 Dog-mom energy
☕ Fueled by plants & purpose
📚 Always learning or creating something
✨ 47 ideas happening simultaneously
😂 Slightly chaotic, but with good intentions

Meet Maggie Moo: Pawsitive Vibes & Bigger Days. 🥹🐾

Apparently ChatGPT looked at my entire personality and said, “Yep. Give that woman a golden retriever and a tumbler.” 😂😂😂

I’m not even mad. 10/10. No notes.

Okay, y’all HAVE to do this trend now. Drop yours in the comments because I need to see what ChatGPT thinks everyone’s emotional-support mascot should be. 😂👇

I’m so excited to add another resource to Revive & Root!

The Beginner’s Guide to Herbal Tinctures is now available as an instant digital download! 📖🌱

If you’ve ever looked at a bottle of tincture and thought, “I would LOVE to learn how to make these myself… but where in the world do I start?” — I made this guide for you.

I wanted something that didn’t just give you a recipe and send you on your way. This guide actually walks you through the why AND the how of tincture making, including choosing and researching herbs, fresh vs. dried herbs, menstruums, ratios, batch calculations, the full step-by-step tincture process, straining, pressing, bottling, labeling, storage, safety, troubleshooting and more.

And because I’m a firm believer in learning by doing, I also included printable herb research sheets, batch records and tincture recipe cards so you can start building your own herbal reference library. 🌿

You do not need a fancy apothecary or years of experience to start learning herbalism. You just need good information, a willingness to learn, and a place to begin.

🌿 WANT TO DO A CLEANSE… BUT HAVE NO IDEA WHERE TO START? 🌿

That’s exactly why I created The Complete Cleanse Roadmap!

One of the biggest things I see is people jumping straight into a random “detox” or cleanse without really understanding what should come first, what comes next, or why the order matters.

So I took the information and put it into one simple, easy-to-follow digital roadmap that you can keep right on your phone, tablet, or computer.

🌱 The Complete Cleanse Roadmap walks you through the process step-by-step, helping you understand how to approach cleansing in a more organized and intentional way.

No digging through a million posts.
No trying to remember what comes next.
No making it more complicated than it needs to be.

Just a straightforward resource you can download and keep for reference whenever you need it. 🌿

💻 DIGITAL DOWNLOAD — AVAILABLE NOW!

You don’t even have to message me for it anymore! Click the link, grab your copy, and download it right away. 👇

🌿📖 Well, this is pretty exciting… I can officially say I’m an author!

I created a little something I’ve been wanting to put together for a while — The Herbal Home Quick-Reference Guide.

It’s a simple, easy-to-use herbal guide designed to give you helpful information about everyday herbs, their traditional uses and history, and simple ways they can be prepared and used at home.

Nothing huge or overwhelming — just a practical little herbal reference you can keep handy when you need it. 🌱

And seeing “Written by Susan M. Workman” on the cover is pretty darn exciting. 🥹

💻 The digital edition is available NOW for $13.59.

📚 And if you’re like me and prefer an actual book in your hands, the paperback should be available on Amazon within the next few days!

This may be a simple little guide, but I’m pretty proud to have my name on it. 💚

Want the digital copy now? Comment BOOK or send Revive & Root a message and I’ll get you the link!
