It is with a heavy heart that I share that Therapeutic Touch by Tonya will be closed through July 31st due to a death in my immediate family.

During this difficult time, my focus needs to be with my loved ones as we grieve and make necessary arrangements. I appreciate your understanding, patience, and respect for my family’s privacy.

If you have an upcoming appointment, I will be in touch as soon as I am able regarding rescheduling or other arrangements.

As a reminder to all of my clients, when you complete my intake form, you are agreeing to my cancellation policy. I require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the appointment will be charged in full.

I completely understand that true emergencies happen, and I always try to be understanding when they do. However, I have had three cancellations today alone. As a self-employed business owner, those last-minute cancellations mean lost income and prevent other clients from booking those appointment times.

I truly appreciate everyone’s understanding and cooperation in respecting my time and my business. Thank you for helping me continue to provide the best service possible to all of my clients.
