We are at 8th Ave S by the beach.. plenty of parking on the street or side side streets. Bring a mat or towel and water. Class is $20 and can be paid at class, Venmo (naplesbeachyoga) or online. Best way to start your weekend!

I just want to remind everyone that the mornings are becoming warmer so remember to bring your water and maybe some electrolytes. We have a lot of shade but there is still some sunny spots so don’t forget the sunscreen.

Check out our new website! I have upgraded - finally! I had it professionally done and they insisted on keeping it simple. We also now have a logo… monogramed towels, hats, tee shirts, bags and water bottles to come!

Our sunset yoga session culminated in a wonderful vibration sound bath experience. Tonja's instrumental performance was outstanding throughout the class. The evening's magnificent sunset created a serene atmosphere, allowing us to release our daily worries and find tranquility. The gentle vibrations promoted deep relaxation, leaving us feeling refreshed and renewed. With a shared sense of rejuvenation, we look forward to the next session. May sunset yoga will be posted soon! Stay tuned!
