How to create a care plan for a sick person?
When a family member falls ill, the caregiver becomes everything all at once: calendar, nurse, medical translator, and emergency plan. It is exhausting, and it is completely normal to feel like you don’t know if you’re doing it right.
The key to reducing that confusion isn’t improvisation; it’s having a structured Care Plan. Here are the 5 key questions you need to answer today:
1️⃣ What specific medical conditions are we tracking?
2️⃣ What exact medications are being used, and at what doses?
3️⃣ Who are the primary contact doctors and specialists?
4️⃣ What warning symptoms should we prioritize monitoring?
5️⃣ At what exact moment should we call emergency services?
A palliative care plan doesn't remove the emotion or the pain from the process, but it drastically reduces confusion and chaos. When you are caring for someone you love, every ounce of clarity matters. 🤍
