Our employee spotlight for the month of August is Djemi "Jami" Lazarre, case manager for our Veterans Transitional Housing team. Jami is an excellent example of professionalism, positivity, and dedication. Throughout our efforts involving quality improvement within the Veterans Transitional Housing program, she has adapted with grace, taking on additional responsibilities with a smile and bringing her consistently positive attitude to each new challenge.

She has been proactive in supporting updates to policies and procedures, strengthening documentation practices, and contributing to new trainings that help the team move forward with confidence.

Jami is well-liked and respected by her colleagues, consistently demonstrating a collaborative spirit and a genuine commitment to teamwork. As one colleague shared, “Her positivity is contagious, and it’s making a real impact on the culture here.”
