Every mother comes to birth with her own story.

Even first time pregnant mamas bring stories from their childhood right into their births and into their motherhood.

It is amazing how God will use birth to purge unbelief and lies women believe about themselves out.

I have seen women release their deepest fears right at the edge of transition.

I have watched women vocalize that they are choosing a new generational trajectory for their daughters.

God is not afraid of birth.
He is the original Designer.

I’m so in awe of His design and thankful to be in a field where I see Him work so often.

Just as a side note — Born 2 Bloom education dives deep into this. We talk about birth on a physiological and psychological level. We discuss the importance of what we believe about ourselves and how our bodies were created.

I have seen time and time again God come in and strengthen mama’s at their weakest points.

We hate being weak — we try and run from it, hide from it.

Yet, God in His mercy and kindness partners His strength with our weakness.

When a mama looks at me and I can tell she’s in that very thin place — the place where she knows she has a choice to either fight or flee, we start praying.

God always meets us and I have seen so many miracles happen out of that thin place.

With some new faces around here, I thought it was time to re-introduce myself 💕

My name is Amanda and I started my doula business Rose Birth, Tennessee after my two vastly different birth experiences.

I have a passion to see women excel in birth and beyond. I’m a firm believer in prenatal education in order to see better prenatal outcomes.

My faith is the driving force and all that I do.

The hardest part about running a doula is having to turn away families when I get booked so quickly.
I recently expanded and added two doulas to the team so that we can serve more families. We now have a lot more availability for the remainder of this year and going into 2027.

Outside of being a doer, I love being with my family and being outside.

We officially welcomed new doulas to the team, and I couldn’t be more excited about what’s ahead.

If you’ve followed Rose Birth for any length of time, you know this has never been about simply attending births. It’s about helping families understand what’s happening, trust the Lord, and walk through pregnancy and birth with peace. That mission hasn’t changed—it just has more hands and hearts carrying it now.

🌹 Comprehensive childbirth education through Born to Bloom, so you understand your options before you’re asked to make big decisions.
