This is a workout program for mothers, expecting moms, postpartum moms, or women on their journey to motherhood.

Babies and kids are absolutely welcome, and baby-wearing is encouraged. 🤍 We want this to be a fun, supportive, and judgment-free environment where we meet you exactly where you are. Modifications and different options will be available.

I’m so proud of our local rescue teams working together for a successful outcome this morning. The strength in our community is the willingness to work hard, show up, take risks and cooperate with each other. Thank you to each person who participated today. And please don’t underestimate the power of water. We can’t live without it but we can’t fully control it either.
