Born Strong, Stay Healthy is now available in Nevada!

We're excited to offer Moore Few Care Center as a community site for Born Strong, Stay Healthy, a FREE strength and movement program for expecting moms, postpartum moms (with medical clearance), and women on their journey to motherhood.

📍 Community Site: Moore-Few Care Center – Nevada

Rather than exercising alone at home, you'll join other local moms at Moore-Few while participating in a live instructor-led class via Zoom. It's a great way to build community while enjoying the flexibility of a virtual program.

Prefer to stay home? No problem! You can also join the same live class from your home—or anywhere with an internet connection.

🗓 Starts: Monday, July 13
🕥 Time: 10:30–11:15 a.m.
📅 Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays (8 sessions)
💲 Cost: FREE

✨ Babies and children are welcome, and baby-wearing is encouraged.

The program focuses on:

A little late sharing this one—it has been a busy summer ☀️ at Moore Few Care Center!

Recently, at the request of some of our residents, we loaded up for a fun day trip to the casino. It was a wonderful day filled with laughter, excitement, and great company. Creating meaningful experiences and making memories together is one of our favorite parts of what we do.

We're already looking forward to the next adventure! 🎰❤️

Today was a wonderful day at Moore-Few Care Center! We loved welcoming our community for our Spring Open House and sharing all the joy, smiles, and connection that make our facility feel like home. Shout out to our Hopsice teams for making an appearance as well - Gentiva, Heartland, St Croix, & Good Shepard!

Also, as an honorable mention, a special congratulations to our Employee of the Year, Izzy Hallam! 🎉 Your hard work, compassion, and dedication do not go unnoticed—we are so lucky to have you as part of our team as our Activities Director!
