Men’s Health Tips
Tip #1: Move Your Body
Physical activity improves mood, reduces stress, and supports overall health. A 20-minute walk can make a difference.

Challenge: Take a walk three times this week.

Tip #2: Your Strength Includes Asking for Help
Real strength is knowing when to reach out. Whether it’s stress, depression, anxiety, or life challenges, talking to someone you trust is a sign of courage, not weakness.

Reflection: Who can I call when life feels heavy?

Scripture: Ecclesiastes 4:9-10

June is Men Health Awareness

Tip for the week: Move Your Body

Physical activity improves mood, reduces stress, and supports overall health. A 20-minute walk can make a difference.

Challenge: Do a physical activity this week.

Scripture: 1 Corinthians 6:19-20

“Don't you know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who lives in you and who was given to you by God? You do not belong to yourselves but to God; he bought you for a price. So use your bodies for God's glory.”

June honors Men’s Health Month:

Wellness Tips for Men & Fathers

Tip #1: Check In With Yourself
Men often ask others how they’re doing but forget to ask themselves. Take 5 minutes today to honestly assess your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Reflection: “How am I really doing?”

Scripture: Proverbs 4:23 – “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.”

June honors Men’s Health Awareness

Join our Men’s Fathers Wellness Support Group as we talk openly about men’s health, mental health and how it impacts men and fathers. You don’t have to carry it alone.

Men & Fathers — you don’t have to carry everything alone.

The Men’s Wellness Support Group is a dedicated and supportive space for men seeking guidance, healing, and a sense of community—especially those who grew up without fathers or positive male role models.

Men & Father Support Group was created to remind men that they are not alone.
Many men carry stress, pressure, pain, struggles, and responsibilities in silence. This group exists to give men and fathers a safe space to talk openly, build brotherhood, find encouragement, gain strength, and support one another through life’s challenges.
We believe healing happens through connection, support, and community. No man should have to face life’s battles alone.
