Lately I’ve been in a season of intentional rest… not because I had to, but because I finally chose to.
And here’s what I’ve remembered:
Rest isn’t lazy.
Rest is intelligent.
Rest is healing.
Your body uses rest to repair tissues and regulate hormones
Your mind uses rest to process emotions and reduce overwhelm
Your energy uses rest to realign and expand
If you’ve been pushing nonstop, consider this your permission slip to pause.
Try a mini reset:
🌿 Step outside barefoot or just feel the air on your skin
🌿 Turn off the noise—music, podcasts, all of it
🌿 Ask yourself: “What do I actually need right now?”
Sometimes the most productive thing you can do… is nothing at all. Even Torvi agrees resting has been awesome!
