questions welcome. pitch not included.

every Thursday at 6 PM Mountain, Brad hosts an open Zoom Q&A for anyone weighing our 21-day residential program in New Harmony, Utah. what the days look like. who's on the care team. how people prepare. what happens after you go home.

you can ask, or you can listen — both are fine. join link is on our website, link in bio.

save this if tonight is the night you finally ask.

most people sit on this decision for months before they ever ask a question out loud.

tonight at 6 PM Mountain, Brad hosts our weekly Zoom Q&A. it's open to anyone considering the 21-day residential program in New Harmony, Utah — and to the family members trying to understand it. ask what the days actually look like, who's on the care team, how people prepare, what happens after they go home.

no commitment, no pitch. you can also just listen. September is Recovery Month, and a question asked out loud is usually the first real step.

financing approval and program admission are not the same decision.

Cherry's financing partners make the credit call. The Bridge handles care and admission separately. financing is subject to approval, terms vary by person, and a payment estimate is an example — not a quote for your program.

read the rates and the full repayment schedule with Cherry before you accept anything. our financing details are on the website's financing menu, link in bio.

two decisions people mix up: financing approval and program admission.

Cherry payment plans are one way to plan for a stay at The Bridge. Cherry's financing partners make the credit decision — The Bridge doesn't make credit decisions at all. Our clinical team handles care and admission separately, on its own timeline.

a payment estimate is an example, not a quote for your program, and financing is subject to approval with terms that vary by person. review the rates, repayment schedule and full terms with Cherry before you accept anything.

the details sit on the Financing menu of our website — link in bio.

three formats, three very different outcomes.

program: a prescription and a check-in. camp: short, exercise-heavy, fast visible results. retreat: live-in time to work on sleep, stress and nervous-system regulation with physician-supervised care.

if you've lost weight before and regained it, the format may have been the problem — not your discipline. the full comparison is in our new article, link in bio.

retreat, program, camp — people use the words like they're the same thing. they aren't.

a clinic-based medical weight loss program is usually built around a prescription and a check-in every few weeks. a camp is short and exercise-heavy, aimed at fast visible results. a live-in retreat is the only one of the three with the time to work on the stress physiology underneath the weight — sleep, cortisol, nervous-system regulation — alongside physician-supervised care.

that's why so many people lose weight and then regain it: the appetite signal got treated, the pattern didn't.

our new article breaks down all three side by side, including who each one actually fits. read it on our website — link in bio.

you don't need to hit rock bottom to deserve recovery.

waiting until it gets worse is not a plan. our 21 days in southern Utah are built around nervous-system regulation, time outdoors, small groups and real clinicians — and the tools go home with you.

save this for the day you almost talk yourself out of asking for help.

you don't need to hit rock bottom to deserve recovery.

most people wait. they keep functioning, keep showing up, keep telling themselves it isn't bad enough yet — until the body forces the issue.

it doesn't have to go that far. our 21 days in New Harmony, Utah are built for people who are still holding it together and are tired of doing it alone: nervous-system work, movement outdoors, small groups, and a clinical team that actually listens.

save this if you needed the permission today.

the part nobody expects: the other people in the room.

you show up thinking the program is the reason you came. the nervous system work. the movement. the sleep. the food. the hikes.

then somewhere around day three, somebody says the thing they've never said out loud — and the room doesn't flinch. staff stay in it with you instead of handing you a worksheet.

that's the part people describe later. not the schedule. the fact that for 21 days in New Harmony, they weren't carrying it alone.

it's Recovery Month. if you're carrying something by yourself right now, that isn't strength — it's just heavy.

save this for a day you need the reminder.

for over a decade, he was told the pain was just something to live with.

Michael came to The Bridge after 15 years of chronic pain — therapy, medications, specialists, none of it holding. what changed wasn't one miracle treatment. it was three weeks of learning how his body, his history and his pain were connected, and leaving with tools he could actually use at home.

in his words: “In 21 days, I learned tools that actually help. For the first time in over a decade, I have hope.”

every guest's experience is different, and we don't promise outcomes. but hope is a fair thing to go looking for. call our team or read more guest stories through the link in our bio.
