One of the biggest lies we tell ourselves is, “I’ll get back on track when I get home.”
What if you never got off track in the first place?
I’m a big believer that vacations are for making memories, relaxing, enjoying great food, and soaking up every moment. But that doesn’t mean we have to stop taking care of ourselves.
This quick vacation workout took just a few minutes and helped me start my day feeling energized and strong.
Remember, movement is medicine. It doesn’t have to be perfect. It doesn’t have to be long. It just has to happen.
This summer, let’s stop thinking all or nothing and start thinking consistency.
