Members of the David Farber ASPIRE Center tabled at Philly Pride 365 over the weekend to engage with the Philadelphia community about the lifesaving su***de-prevention services available at the Center. Every year, attendees at Philly Pride write messages of encouragement and support to new patients starting services at the ASPIRE clinic. Throughout the event, we spoke with over 300 attendees, and the day was a reminder that affirming care is a key part of evidence-based care.

Held in memory of Joey Baskin, who died by su***de, the tournament brings the community together each year through Magic: The Gathering to raise awareness about su***de prevention, promote mental health education, and encourage open conversations that help reduce stigma.
