Today marks 23 years of Symmetry Physical Therapy.

I’m incredibly grateful to every patient who has trusted us with their care, every physician, friend and family who has supported and referred us, and every person who has been part of the Symmetry team along the way.

A special thank you to the Pelham community for welcoming us 23 years ago and continuing to support us today. Your trust has never been something we take for granted.

I’m proud of what we’ve built, humbled by the people who continue to believe in us, and most of all, thankful for everyone who has been part of the journey.

Not everyone’s recovery looks the same.

Some patients improve quickly. Others face setbacks, frustration, and months of pain before they start seeing meaningful progress.

When Thomas came to Symmetry, he was dealing with neck pain, shoulder pain, symptoms radiating down his arm, and limited mobility that had been affecting him for months. Progress wasn’t immediate, but he stayed committed to the process and trusted the plan.
