Meet Cristina Arias; Cristina has dedicated her career to Human Resources, driven by one guiding principle: providing the very best customer service and support to employees. Over the past five years at ENTA, she has continued that commitment as a Benefits Specialist, helping team members navigate their benefits with care, knowledge, and compassion.
Originally from California, Cristina was raised by immigrant parents. Her mother was from Mexico and her father was from Costa Rica. She moved to New York in 1998, where she built a life centered around family, hard work, and community. She and her husband have been married for 31 years and are proud parents of two wonderful children.
Outside of work, Cristina is a passionate sports fan who enjoys cheering on the Mets and Jets, as well as watching Formula 1 racing, boxing, and MMA.
One of Cristina’s most cherished family traditions is Tamale Day, held every year on December 23 in honor of her mother. Family and friends gather to make more than 400 tamales, turning a day of hard work into a joyful celebration filled with music, laughter, games, and memories. It is a meaningful tradition that keeps her mother’s spirit alive while bringing loved ones together each holiday season.
