This is Figure 7-2 from Barbara Brennan's Hands of Light - one of the most referenced illustrations in energy healing. On the left: the 7 major chakras, each aligned with a major nerve plexus in the physical body. On the right: the 21 minor chakras, mapped to the points where energy strands cross 14 times.
Barbara noticed something remarkable - those minor points may correspond directly to acupuncture points in Chinese medicine. Two entirely different healing traditions. One map.
