Boat days! ☀️

“How do you stay on track with all the summer events?”

I get asked this all the time.

The truth? I don’t rely on willpower (because I have NONE), I rely on PLANNING!

My clients know this, I preach “prepping and planning” all the time!

On the roster for this week’s boat day:
Core Power shake, ranch chicken salad, cucumbers and homemade ranch dip, carrots, GF chips, strawberries, and blueberries.

I still enjoy the boat. I still enjoy summer. I just make sure I have foods available that support my goals and fuel me, rather than not… otherwise it’s a free-for-all.

You don’t have to choose between having fun and taking care of yourself. With a little planning, you can do both 🫶🏻!

The goal this month isn’t perfection.The goal is consistency. 🤍

Peaches + Brie Movie Night App 🍑 🧀 🎬

Had the girls over for movie night, so of course I had to whip up a little app.

Ingredients:

* Brie
* Peaches, sliced
* 1/4 cup brown sugar
* 1/4 cup Swerve brown sugar
* Lemon juice
* 3 tbsp honey
* 1/2 cup walnuts

Directions:

1. Place the Brie in the center of a baking dish.
2. Slice peaches and arrange them around the Brie.
3. Sprinkle both sugars over the peaches.
4. Drizzle with honey.
5. Add walnuts on top.
6. Bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes, until warm, bubbly, and melty.

Next time notes: fresh peaches would make this even better, and I’d remove the Brie casing for a smoother melt.
