Boat days! ☀️
“How do you stay on track with all the summer events?”
I get asked this all the time.
The truth? I don’t rely on willpower (because I have NONE), I rely on PLANNING!
My clients know this, I preach “prepping and planning” all the time!
On the roster for this week’s boat day:
Core Power shake, ranch chicken salad, cucumbers and homemade ranch dip, carrots, GF chips, strawberries, and blueberries.
I still enjoy the boat. I still enjoy summer. I just make sure I have foods available that support my goals and fuel me, rather than not… otherwise it’s a free-for-all.
You don’t have to choose between having fun and taking care of yourself. With a little planning, you can do both 🫶🏻!
