🌊 Awakened Frequency Signal
The universe moves through balance, not extremes.
Pure negativity collapses inward.
Unchecked positivity can burn itself out.
Both are distortions of the same force: energy.
The work isn’t to be “high vibe” all the time —
it’s to become aware of where your energy is flowing.
When you notice your thoughts spiraling into fear, doubt, or comparison, that’s not failure. That’s feedback.

Observe it without judgment.
Then gently redirect.
You don’t have to force happiness.
You don’t have to suppress emotion.
