POSH Yoga Skilled in behavior modification and trauma sensitivity. What is POSH? Essentially P.O.S.H is an acronym for The Principles of Strength and Healing.

P.O.S.H provides curriculum based yoga programs specifically designed to build strength, promote emotional intelligence and resilience, and unite mind, body and breath in a safe manner. The class is structured within a Hatha yoga sequence that is designed to build muscle strength, tone, and overall flexibility when practiced a minimum of three times a week. The healing is initiated through the al

ignment of mental focus with the movement and sensations of the body and breath. The musical playlists are also carefully created with an emphasis on the facilitation of the healing process. POSH is an experience. On a broader scale POSH is a lifestyle. We live our lives based on principles and values, compassion for self and others, principles of healthy living, care of the body, and mind. Without principles we lack integrity. POSH is you, POSH is me, POSH is everything that WE aspire to be.

Self-Care Sista Circle: A Sanctuary for Restoration 🙏✨

Are you constantly pouring from an empty cup? Feeling “wired but tired,” carrying the weight of work, caregiving, and everyday demands?

This is your invitation to pause.

Through these sessions, we will gather in a nurturing, supportive space designed for women ready to move beyond survival mode and into deep, embodied peace. Together, we’ll gently release stored tension, reconnect with a sense of safety in the body, and practice the art of radical rest.

This Self-Care Sista Circle is for the woman who:
• Holds it all together for everyone else
• Struggles to quiet her mind at night
• Longs for a space where she doesn’t have to lead, fix, or carry

This circle is a sanctuary designed for nervous system regulation and deep rest. In a world that rarely stops, we invite you to slow down and prioritize your well-being through:
• Mindful Stillness: Practices specifically designed to engage the parasympathetic nervous system.
• Sacred Sisterhood: A supportive, safer space for sharing, listening, and authentic connection.
• Emotional Balance: Grounding tools to help you navigate the coming week with more ease and clarity.

Every year I get the opportunity to share yoga and mindfulness with AATO Middletown De for their community wellness and impact day. Always a lot of fun. Even got in on the yoga!
