Liberty Yoga is Affordable Unlimited Yoga in Newark, Delaware. We offer what you need w/ love Liberty Yoga is a Newark-based Yoga studio with yoga for everyone.

Classes include morning flow, beginner yoga, FLY! Vinyasa, therapeutic, YES (Yoga for Emotional Support), and TRX Yoga. Owner Christine and the wonderful team of teachers are dedicated to serving you with love and care in a welcoming space and community. Join us for practices of yoga postures to help you to feel strong, and flexible, balanced and healthy and meditation, sound baths, YES (Yoga for Emotional Support) classes to release stress, clear your mind, and be more present. We also offer private yoga therapy and small group sessions for those who need one on one focus to reach their overall best health in mind, body, and spirit.
