Our group has grown and my partner Jaclyn McCullough and I are grateful for what’s next! Follow here or DM to learn about joining, especially if you’re a PT/PTA/OT/COTA practicing in our specialty.

🌕It’s true. Being a mom + clinician is like clinical care on steroids. I wouldn’t have it any other way. It’s true we take patients and their stories home with us, and for the most part that’s one reason I practice 🧘‍♀️ but caring - and empathy- are also superpowers. ❤️💟❤️

🌕 Just when we think we have things figured out, the law of the universe seems to swing us into a new experience for learning. This is true for all relationships, professional paths, or the ventures we experience on a personal journey. Yoga philosophy tells us by embracing release, we may learn from any object in the path. If we view life as a learning experience, a classroom, things become more lighthearted and it’s sometimes easier to take action. Everything is figureoutable. Stay hopeful, friends. Stay the path.

Do you agree?

With Love,

🌕 spring is Kapha season. kapha≈that which holds things together≈(कफ) which is governed by earth and water. spring being a primary Kapha season that means our body can feel stagnant with energetic flow during this time.

the spring and fall seasons always bring us tumultuous body and mind experiences. here are some ideas to mitigate:
-Regular movement (walking, yoga, or light exercise)
-Warming routines (morning stretches, warm baths)
-Light, nourishing meals with spices that stimulate digestion
-Moderating sleep and avoiding excessive daytime naps
-Engaging the mind in creative or stimulating activities.
