This isn't about fixing the relationship with your mother. It's about healing the patterns that have been running your life.
Many people are still carrying the little girl(boy) who longed to feel safe, seen, and deeply loved.
Join us for a powerful half-day equine and nervous system healing experience to explore the mother wound and begin reclaiming safety and self-trust within.
Our earliest relationship with our mother often shapes how safe we feel in the world — and within ourselves.
For many people, the nervous system quietly carries the imprint of that relationship. Sometimes this shows up as people-pleasing, overgiving, difficulty trusting ourselves, or a lingering sense that we must earn love, approval, or belonging.
These imprints can form through our
relationship with our mother — whether that relationship felt complicated or emotionally challenging, or whether the loss of your mother left grief, longing, or unmet needs still living in the body.
Many people are still carrying the younger part of themselves who longed to feel seen, safe, and deeply loved.
This powerful half-day experience offers a compassionate space to explore and begin healing these patterns through a unique combination of equine therapy and nervous system healing.
Why Horses?
Horses are incredibly attuned to emotional energy and nervous system states.
They often mirror relational patterns around trust, boundaries, emotional safety, and connection — offering profound insight into how we show up in relationships with ourselves and others.
Through guided equine exercises, you may begin to notice patterns that have lived beneath the surface and gain new awareness about what your body has been holding.
No horse experience is necessary and there will be NO riding.
All interactions with the horses take place safely from the ground.
During this experience you will:
🐎 Mindfully observe and interact with horses through guided equine exercises
🐎 Reflect on emotional responses and body sensations that arise
🐎 Explore attachment patterns related to the mother wound
