Your body is not the problem.
The symptoms you’re experiencing—pain, tension, anxiety, fatigue, digestive issues, migraines—are often the result of patterns that have been running beneath the surface for years.
Patterns of people-pleasing.
Patterns of overgiving.
Patterns of staying in control.
Patterns of pushing through exhaustion.
Patterns of abandoning yourself to keep everyone else comfortable.
You can’t heal a pattern by only treating the symptom. Your nervous system learns these patterns for survival.
But what helped you survive may now be preventing you from healing.
This is why I don’t just focus on symptoms.
I focus on the patterns underneath them.
Because when the pattern changes, the nervous system changes.
And when the nervous system changes, the body finally has the opportunity to do what it was designed to do: heal.

They may be an invitation to listen more deeply.
