💙 Listen to the Raindrops
💙 Watch the raindrops embrace the windshield
💙 If you wish close your eyes
💙 Watch the tree being guided by the wind
💙 As you Breathe in: receive what you need to be the best person you can in this moment
💙 as you hold the breath, connect with that which you are receiving
💙 as you exhale let go of everything that is worrying you, heavy on your heart and the things you cant control.
