Practice Makes Perfect ✅

Dr Jordan taught her PWR! Moves class all about pole walking
➡️ Promotes tall posture (unlike a cane or a walker)
➡️ Promotes good arm swing for trunk rotation
➡️ Provides extra points of stability
➡️ Provides rhythm in your walking to reduce symptoms such as freezing

Pole walking is a great way to get outside and get exercise with friends as it also can help to increase your gait speed
