🍎 A little learning, a splash of hydration, and a whole lot of fun!

Kayla, Shannon, and Nicole spent the day with students at Delaware Valley Friends School, exploring how everyday choices help us feel our best!

Kayla guided students through hunger cues, building balanced snacks, and understanding caffeine intake. She also shared strategies to support the unique needs of neurodivergent individuals, highlighting that everyone’s path to well-being looks a little different.

Meanwhile, Shannon and Nicole brought hydration to life with a hands-on, apple-filled adventure! 🍏 Using crisp apples, students rolled up their sleeves and experimented with making different varieties of homemade apple juice.

From tuning in to our bodies to squeezing the most out of fresh apples, it was a day full of discovery, creativity, and delicious learning! 💚
