At Rosewood Recovery, we believe that strong leadership and continuous learning help us provide the highest quality addiction treatment and recovery support to the individuals and families we serve.

Our Clinical Program Director, Lori Gabert (third from left), was honored to attend the Women in Leadership Event, connecting with inspiring professionals from across the behavioral health and substance use treatment field. Opportunities like these allow us to share ideas, strengthen professional relationships, and stay informed on emerging best practices in addiction recovery and mental health care.

We are proud to represent Rosewood Recovery and remain committed to professional growth, clinical excellence, and delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to our community. 💙

Gardening is more than a hobby — it can be a powerful coping skill for mental health and addiction recovery. 🌿💙

Tending to plants encourages mindfulness, routine, and emotional grounding, which can be especially helpful for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or co-occurring (dual diagnosis) disorders.

At Rosewood Recovery, we often encourage healthy coping strategies like gardening as part of a holistic recovery journey from substance use disorders and mental health challenges.

🌱 Gardening can support recovery by:
• Reducing stress and anxiety
• Encouraging mindfulness and presence
• Building structure and routine
• Creating a sense of purpose and accomplishment

Healing doesn’t have to be complicated — sometimes it starts with something simple, like planting a seed. 💙

Great morning at the Caron Treatment Centers Greater Philadelphia Awards Breakfast! 💙

It was wonderful connecting with colleagues, community partners, and leaders who are passionate about advancing addiction treatment, mental health awareness, and recovery support throughout the Greater Philadelphia region.

Events like these remind us that recovery happens through collaboration, innovation, and strong community partnerships. We are grateful for the opportunity to learn, network, and celebrate the individuals and organizations making a difference in the lives of those impacted by substance use and mental health challenges.

Thank you to Caron for bringing together professionals dedicated to improving behavioral healthcare and supporting lasting recovery.

June is Men’s Mental Health Month 💙

Mental health struggles do not make someone weak. Asking for help is strength.
This month, we encourage honest conversations, emotional openness, and support for the men in our lives — and for ourselves.

You are allowed to talk about it.
You are allowed to seek support.
You are not alone.

Happy Pride Month 🏳️‍🌈

Pride is both celebration and reminder. While LGBTQ+ identities are not mental health disorders, individuals in the community continue to face significant mental health disparities, healthcare inequities, and barriers to affirming care.

From higher rates of depression, anxiety, substance use, and su***de risk to ongoing stigma in healthcare settings, these outcomes are not about identity—they are about systemic stress, discrimination, and lack of access to affirming support.

At Rosewood Recovery, we remain committed to LGBTQ+ affirming behavioral health care, trauma-informed treatment, and reducing stigma in every space we serve.

Today is World No To***co Day 🚭

Quitting ni****ne or to***co products is not easy, but every step toward change matters. To***co use and ni****ne dependence can impact both physical and mental health, especially for individuals navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, or substance use recovery.

At Rosewood Recovery, we support healthier coping strategies, long-term wellness, and recovery that addresses the whole person.

Healing starts with one decision, one conversation, and one step forward.

As Mental Health Awareness Month comes to a close, we invite you to pause and check in—with honesty and without judgment.

Ask yourself:
• What have I learned about my mental health this month?
• What do I need more of right now?
• What support have I been avoiding?

Awareness is powerful—but action creates change.

Whether it’s reaching out for support, setting a boundary, or prioritizing rest, your mental health deserves ongoing attention—not just one month out of the year.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign to take the next step, this is it.

Mental health isn’t a straight line.

Some days will feel easier than others—and that doesn’t mean you’re moving backward.

Progress can look like:
• Getting out of bed on a hard day
• Reaching out instead of isolating
• Trying again after a setback

Small steps are still steps.

Keep going.
