Spring? In July? 🌸☀️ You read that right!

Our Bocce Committee recently held their Spring Bocce Tournament—better late than never! 😄 Residents enjoyed a little friendly competition, plenty of laughs, and a beautiful day spent together on the courts.

Bocce is more than just a game. It helps improve balance, coordination, flexibility, and gentle mobility, all while keeping the mind engaged through strategy and teamwork. Best of all, it’s a wonderful way to connect with neighbors and make new friends.

One of our favorite things about bocce at Pennswood? Many of our residents had never played before moving here, and now they look forward to every match. It’s never too late to discover a new hobby!

What an incredible exhibit! 🎨✨

Students from Bucks County Classical Arts Center and Studio (CCAC) programs submitted an impressive 94 pieces for the Pennswood Art Gallery’s inaugural juried Emerging Artists Exhibit—and the talent on display is amazing!

A little behind-the-scenes from Clay Space! 🏺✨

Recently, Clay Space instructor Andrea stopped by to give residents a glaze spraying demonstration, sharing tips and techniques that will help bring their clay creations to life.

One of the things residents love about Clay Space is that it's truly for everyone. Some walked through the door having never touched clay before, while others have years of experience—even running their own studios! No matter your skill level, there's always something new to learn, someone willing to share an idea, and an instructor there to help along the way.

Whether residents come every week or just when inspiration strikes, Clay Space is another wonderful example of how creativity continues to flourish at Pennswood. 💙
