As we celebrate 5 years of serving our community, we're continuing to spotlight the amazing team members who provide exceptional care to our patients every day

Meet Adeline!

Adeline has been a valued member of the ASH Family Medical team since 2023 and working full time since 2025. As a CNA and phlebotomist, she plays an important role in keeping our clinic running smoothly each day. From taking vital signs and drawing blood to updating patient charts, preparing exam rooms, assisting with scheduling, and helping patients every step of the way, Adeline is always ready to lend a helping hand with a smile.

She's currently pursuing her nursing degree with the goal of becoming a pediatric RN, and we couldn't be more excited to watch her continue to grow in her healthcare career.

When she's not at the clinic, Adeline enjoys organizing, spending time with friends, shopping, and going for a run.

As we celebrate 5 years of caring for our community next month, we're taking time to recognize the incredible people who make ASH Family Medical what it is.

Today, we'd like to recognize Christina, one of our dedicated Medical Assistants!

Since joining our team in June of 2023, Christina has become an essential part of our clinic. She assists with patient care by taking vital signs, collecting specimens, preparing exam rooms, updating medical records, and helping keep patient flow running smoothly. She also works behind the scenes managing medication and medical equipment prior authorizations, processing referrals and faxes, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and making sure patients and providers have what they need.

No matter how busy the day gets, Christina never complains and always has a smile on her face. She has a strong work ethic, and willingness to help wherever she's needed.

Outside the clinic, Christina is a proud mom of three, enjoys spending time with her children and going to the gym, and is currently pursuing her nursing degree. We can't wait to see all she accomplishes in the future!

Thank you, Christina, for your dedication, compassion, and the countless ways you care for our patients and support our team every single day. We are so grateful to have you as part of the ASH Family Medical!

🌟 Shout Out to Norma! 🌟

Norma has been an essential part of ASH Family Medical for the past four years. As our Office Manager and Front Desk Coordinator, she keeps the office running smoothly by managing referrals, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring that everyone stays organized and on task. (We suspect her Army training may have had something to do with that! There aren't many people who can keep an entire medical office marching in the right direction quite like her). Her dedication, attention to detail, and ability to keep things moving efficiently make her a vital part of our team!

As ASH Family Medical prepares to celebrate its 5-year anniversary in July, Norma has played an important role in our growth and success over the years.

Before joining ASH Family Medical, Norma spent 25 years working as a Credit Manager. Despite having no prior medical office experience, she quickly mastered every aspect of the role-people would never guess she came from a different industry. Her strong work ethic, leadership skills, and commitment to excellence have made her a cornerstone of our team.

Outside of work, Norma enjoys watching all sports, especially college football, traveling, and spending time with her two daughters and two granddaughters.

Patients and coworkers appreciate Norma's friendly smile, welcoming attitude, and willingness to help whenever needed. Her commitment to excellent service helps make ASH a warm and welcoming place.

Fun Fact!
Angie and Shanda's story goes back 27 years! We first met while working together as LPNs in a pediatric clinic. Through the years, we encouraged each other, went back to nursing school together to become RNs, then NP School (separately) and continued pursuing our shared passion for caring for patients.
Today, we're proud to be the owners of ASH Family Medical, serving the community we love. ❤️
This July, ASH Family Medical will celebrate 5 years in business, and we're so grateful for the patients, families, and friends who have trusted us along the way. Thank you for being part of our journey. We couldn't have done it without you!
Here's to 27 years of friendship, nursing, and serving others and many more to come!
