🍅 Finally, it’s time to plant! Spring has arrived, and many of us are heading outside to prepare gardens, flower beds, and yards for the season ahead.
As exciting as planting season can be, remember to take care of your body while working outdoors. Gardening involves a lot of bending, lifting, digging, and kneeling, which can put stress on your muscles and joints. Start with a few gentle stretches before getting to work, stay hydrated throughout the day, and take breaks when needed, especially during warmer temperatures.
Switching tasks often and using proper lifting techniques can also help prevent muscle strain and soreness. A little preparation can go a long way toward helping you enjoy the season comfortably and safely.
