Today I wanted to share what I actually do to stay healthy. 💪

My current workout routine is:
🚴‍♂️ Aerobic exercises (like cycling) 5-6 times a week
🏋️‍♂️ Weights 3-4 times a week
🏌️‍♂️ Outdoor activities (like golf and pickleball) whenever I can!

One thing I stress with my weight-loss patients, especially those on GLP-1 medications, is resistance training. When you lose weight quickly, you can lose muscle along with the fat, and holding onto that muscle matters for how you feel and move as you age.

When I think about overall health, exercise only makes up a fraction of the overall goal. I also focus on eating well, mostly organic, and on sustaining strong relationships with the people around me. To me, longevity comes down to, how you eat, how you move, and how you connect.

PSA: Get your breast implants checked!

We recommend anyone with implants come in every one to two years.

We use high definition ultrasound to check the integrity of the implant itself, which lets us catch a rupture or leak long before it becomes a problem.

What’s missing from this picture? 🤔

This patient’s belly button had been removed years earlier due to a tumor. She started with a tummy tuck, and revisited a year later to construct a brand new belly button!

The belly button is one of the most scrutinized details in an abdominoplasty, and for good reason — you notice when it’s not there!
