Hear the Possibilities is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and caring individual to join our team as a Full-Time Front Office & Patient Support Specialist!
This person will be an important part of our patients’ experience from the moment they walk through our doors. We’re looking for someone who is organized, personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with computers and clerical responsibilities. Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently learn and navigate computer programs are important for this role.
✨ What you’ll help with:
• Welcoming and assisting patients
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Completing clerical and administrative tasks
• Entering and maintaining accurate patient information
• Using scheduling, patient management, and other computer-based programs
• Communicating with patients and helping answer questions
• Supporting day-to-day front office operations
• Working alongside our audiologists and staff to keep the office running smoothly
• Most importantly — helping us create a welcoming, positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors!
What we’re looking for:
• Strong clerical, organizational, and communication skills
• Computer competency and confidence learning new software and technology
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment
• A friendly, professional, and patient-focused personality
• Dependability and a willingness to be part of a team
This is a full-time position, and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us and become a valued part of our team.
Experience in a medical office or customer service setting is a plus, but finding the right person who is kind, reliable, motivated, organized, and great with people is most important to us.
