🚨 Appointment Confirmation Reminder 🚨

As many of you know, my Square booking system sends out an appointment reminder 2 days before your scheduled massage asking you to confirm your appointment.

I’d really appreciate it if everyone could take a few seconds to hit that confirmation button. It lets me know you’re still planning to come and helps me keep my schedule running smoothly.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please try to give me 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. I now have a waiting list, and I’d love the opportunity to offer that appointment to someone who’s been waiting to get in.

Going forward: If your appointment has not been confirmed at least 12 hours before your scheduled time, and I’ve tried reaching out with no response, your appointment may be offered to someone on my waiting list.

My time is just as valuable as yours. This is my livelihood, not a hobby, and I hope everyone understands why this change is necessary.
