A great day on the course for an even greater cause! ⛳

Empower Health Group was proud to serve as a Hole Sponsor for the 38th Annual Helix Human Services Golf Tournament and support the important work Helix does for children, youth, and families throughout our community.

This year’s tournament will help support Helix’s Mill Pond School, including efforts to enhance the campus and expand enrichment opportunities for students.

It was a privilege for Empower Health Group to serve as a Gold Sponsor of the Cape Cod Symposium this year!

What made the experience especially meaningful was watching our team represent Empower with professionalism, integrity, and a genuine commitment to clinical excellence. Throughout the conference, our clinicians and staff had the opportunity to share the quality of care, evidence-based practices, and high standards that guide everything we do.

For us, this conference was about more than having a presence. It was about investing in our people and contributing to the behavioral health community.

Our clinical team attended educational sessions to earn CEUs, expand their knowledge, strengthen their skills, and continue growing as professionals. We believe that delivering exceptional care means continually learning, and we're committed to providing our team with opportunities to grow alongside the field.

Today was a proud day for Empower Health Group.

As part of our two year BSAS review, our organization achieved 100% compliance with zero findings. This accomplishment reflects far more than a successful survey it is a testament to the culture we have intentionally built.

Excellence in behavioral healthcare does not happen by accident. It is the result of strong leadership, disciplined systems, continuous education, and an unwavering commitment to providing the highest standard of care for every individual we serve.

Personally, this milestone is especially meaningful. Over the years, I have invested countless hours learning compliance, regulations, and operational excellence not only to strengthen our organization, but to ensure I could effectively mentor and develop others. The same guidance and mentorship that was once invested in me is now being passed on throughout our team, creating a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement.
