Most chiropractic care focuses on where it hurts.
We focus on WHY your body is compensating in the first place.

Our approach is fascia-focused — meaning we work with the body’s connective tissue system that influences movement, tension, posture, and pain patterns from head to toe.

When fascia becomes restricted, the body adapts. Over time, those compensations can lead to stiffness, discomfort, limited mobility, and recurring issues.

That’s why our care goes beyond the quick adjustment.

We combine chiropractic care with hands-on fascial work and movement assessment to help restore balance, improve mobility, and create longer-lasting change.

Different approach. Different results.

What Makes New England Spinal Care Unique?

We view people and their complaints from a more significant vantage point. Instead of just the problematic area, we look at the whole body.

Instead of focusing on misalignment, pinched nerves, irritated nerves, or shifted bones, we look at your displaced tension.

Displaced tension is what your body experiences after an accident or injury. Tension is shifted from the big joints and muscles to smaller ones that get overwhelmed. This creates chronic stress and irritation that, over time, becomes stiff and rigid, and leads to all sorts of problems.

There is no popping, twisting, or cracking in the adjustments. Instead, Dr. Smyth unwinds the strain, shifting it back to a level the body can handle better.

It is a very different experience with little to no pain or jarring. We measure people on our Posture IQ measuring device, before and after, to ensure things are changing and changing in a positive direction.

We show you and explain your imaging in understandable ways so you can see why you are having the issue.

You will receive copies of the imaging with notes to help you see and better understand your situation. We want you to be in charge and understand your care and the process here. We want you to trust us, and we want you to understand things as much as you desire.

Our method is designed to help you improve quickly, and we will continue improving your experience with each treatment.

SoftWave Therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses acoustic waves to stimulate healing in injured or painful tissues.

For knee issues, there is some evidence that it can help with:

Pain reduction – The waves may disrupt pain signaling and stimulate the body’s natural healing response.

Improved circulation – It can promote blood flow to the affected area, which supports tissue repair.

Range of motion – By reducing inflammation and stiffness, some patients experience better joint mobility.

Tissue regeneration – It may encourage the repair of tendons, ligaments, and cartilage to a degree.

It’s usually considered when more conservative treatments—like physical therapy, exercise, or medications—haven’t fully worked.

Contact New England Spinal Care to schedule your Diagnostic Mapping session to determine whether or not Softwave Therapy is for you. 781-255-5565 or [email protected]

Do you want to understand what’s really going on with your body? Dr. Andy believes that “seeing is knowing—without seeing, we’re only guessing.” He’s committed to never guessing when it comes to your health.

As a new patient, he recommends taking X-rays to get a clear picture of your condition and determine the best way to help you. After carefully analyzing your X-rays, he provides a detailed report of his findings (see below).

While others may offer similar services, his results stand out because he uses X-rays to pinpoint exactly where your body is most misaligned—allowing him to help unwind areas of tension and restore proper balance.
