Behavioral Learning, PLLC

Behavioral Learning, PLLC Science + Heart. We encourage and support diversity, equity and inclusion within our workplace and the treatment that we provide.

At Behavioral Learning, we are committed to creating a safe and collaborative environment to empower growth and foster individualized behavior change. Our goal is to develop professionally caring relationships with each of our learners where cultural values, religious affiliation, and identity as self-defined are respected and integrated into treatment, as appropriate. Regardless of ability level,

all are afforded the freedoms of everyday life and human rights are valued. Our therapeutic framework is based in third-wave behavior analytic support, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). As counselors, social workers, and behavior analysts, we utilize data-based decision making to determine and enhance individualized change. MISSION STATEMENT: We are passionate about learning across the lifespan. Our primary mission is to transform adult services by integrating mental and behavioral health services into high quality, compassionate neuroaffirming care. VISION STATEMENT: To create a world where the stigmas associated with receiving mental and behavioral health services are no more.

Confidence isn’t something you either have or don’t.
It’s something you build, one messy, brave, slightly awkward step at a time.

Every time you show up for yourself, you’re basically training your brain to keep going.

💡 Try this: notice one small moment this week where you did something hard or new or even just slightly uncomfortable. Name it. That counts as reinforcement.

Image Description: A graphic asks, “What’s something small you did recently that you’re proud of?” An illustration of a person climbing stairs highlights the idea of building confidence. The Behavioral Learning logo appears in the bottom left corner.

We're excited to share that Behavioral Learning's next Parenting Out L.O.U.D. caregiver coaching cohort will begin NEXT WEEK on Wednesday, July 15th and will be offered fully remotely.

The group is designed to provide parents and caregivers with practical tools, support, and a space to connect with others who are navigating many of the same challenges.

Throughout the 8-week series, we'll explore topics such as values-based parenting, self-compassion, boundaries, and contingency management. In creating this program, we specifically aimed to provide a space where caregivers could pause to focus on their core values, while learning strategies that can make day-to-day relationships feel more manageable and meaningful.

Joy is not a reward for getting through it. Joy is part of getting through it.
Basically, it’s the climb. 🎶

🗣️ What’s bringing you joy right now?

Rest is a radical act, especially for communities that have had to fight just to exist safely and authentically.

Rest is not stepping away. It is survival. It is care. It is how people keep going in systems that keep asking for more.

As RuPaul says, if you can’t love yourself, how in the hell you gonna love somebody else?

Juneteenth honors liberation and the fact that freedom has never been evenly given or protected.

Healing is not just personal. It is collective. It takes community care, action, and a willingness to keep naming what still needs to change.

💡 This week, listen to, learn from, and uplift Black voices and stories. Let it move past awareness into support, action, and accountability.

🗣️ How are you showing up for freedom and collective care in your community?

The text encourages people to listen to, learn from, and uplift Black voices and stories, moving beyond awareness into support, action, and accountability.
