What will it take to get you off of the hamster wheel to breathe to pause for a second?
What will it take to interrupt the mental cycle of meeting expectations of others, the guilt of saying no, the disappointment you might face in others that depend on you?
Sometimes life or our body forces us to stop.
Unplanned pivots and circumstances are ways that divinely force us to stop BEFORE WE BURNOUT.
But it doesn't have to be finding yourself in the danger zone before you act on doing better for yourself.
I'm conducting research for the rest of June to understand, more deeply, what this burnout experience is like for high-functioning women of color in leadership.
This research will help me be better informed in offering a program that will really impact the well-being of our important decision-makers out there.
After 10 years of working privately with WOC leaders, there are some things I can see as trends.
But what am I missing?
What's the landscape of this burnout culture and experience for them?
If you're understanding this journey, I'd like to pick your brain for about 15-30 minutes on a video chat.
Book a time on the link below to share your expertise and lived experience with burnout.
