Congratulations to Dr. Celeste Rains, DO, recipient of the KEMSA Physician of the Year Award!

For 25 years, Dr. Rains has served as Medical Director for Logan County EMS, providing steadfast leadership, clinical expertise, and mentorship that have strengthened emergency care across her community.

As Chief of Staff and Emergency Department overseer at Logan County Hospital, Dr. Rains has helped modernize EMS protocols, champion patient and provider safety, and mentor generations of EMS professionals. Her commitment to evidence-based medicine, collaboration, and rural healthcare has created a lasting impact on both patients and providers.

The entrance and parking area for New Frontiers Health Services Clinic and the Logan County Health Department is now CLOSED to patients.

🚗 Patients and visitors should park at the main hospital entrance and enter through the hospital. Our staff is available to help direct you and assist you in reaching the clinic or health department.

We appreciate your patience as everyone adjusts to the new traffic flow and entrance location. While there may be some growing pains as we adapt, we are incredibly excited about the progress being made and what these improvements will mean for our patients and community.

Important Notice: Entrance Closure Effective Friday, July 24, 2026

As part of the exciting progress on our new facility project, we have the opportunity to accelerate our construction schedule and move into a new stage of the build.

Effective TOMORROW, Friday, July 24, 2026, the entrance to New Frontiers Health Services Clinic and the Logan County Health Department will be CLOSED.

Patients and visitors are asked to park and enter through the main hospital entrance. Hospital staff will be available to provide directions and assist you in navigating to the clinic and health department locations.

We sincerely apologize for the short notice and appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition. While these changes may cause some inconvenience, we are thrilled to be taking another important step forward and moving closer to the completion of our new facility. Thank you for your support as we continue building for the future.
