Heritage Hills is a newly constructed senior living community that specialized in caring for those with a diagnosis of alzheimers and dementia. Heritage Hills will be scheduled to open in early 2017.

Our residents had a wonderful time at our Luau celebration! From tropical vibes and festive decorations to delicious food, music, and plenty of smiles, it was an afternoon filled with fun and laughter. 🌺🍍🌴

Our residents at Vista Gardens had a wonderful Route 66 Social with our friends from Shadowridge Senior Living and Heritage Hills Memory Care! ❤️

We love bringing our sister communities together for an afternoon of fun, friendship, laughter, and making memories. There’s nothing better than seeing our residents connect and enjoy time together! 🚗🎶

Heritage Hills welcomed friends from Vista Gardens and Shadowridge for a fun-filled Patio Bingo Social! Residents enjoyed a beautiful afternoon of laughter, friendly competition, and great company while making new connections across our communities.

A special thank you to Aligned Hospice and Sage Home Health for sponsoring this wonderful event, and to Mango, Sami’s lovable pet therapy dog, who stole everyone’s hearts with cuddles, smiles, and plenty of tail wags.

Moments like these remind us that bringing people together creates lasting friendships and joyful memories.

🚗✨ Cruising down memory lane! ✨🚗

In honor of Route 66, our residents enjoyed a special outing to the Automobile Museum in Balboa Park! From beautifully restored classics to iconic hot rods, every car sparked stories, smiles, and wonderful memories.

Our residents loved reminiscing about the good old days—sharing memories of cruising down Route 66, riding in their favorite hot rods, and the adventures that came with life on the open road.

It’s amazing how a classic car can bring back cherished moments and create new ones together. Thank you to the San Diego Automotive Museum for helping us celebrate the history, nostalgia, and joy of America’s most famous highway!

We had an amazing time celebrating the grand opening of our very first Resident Store! 🛍️🎉

Residents can now “shop” using fictional money earned through participating in activities, showing kindness, and being a great neighbor within our community. It’s been such a fun and meaningful way to encourage engagement, connection, and positivity every day.

The excitement and smiles today were priceless, and we can’t wait for more shopping days ahead! The Resident Store will be open twice a week for our residents to enjoy. 💙✨

Heritage Hills was full of fiesta fun this Cinco de Mayo! 🌮🎉 Residents enjoyed a festive celebration complete with a piñata, washable tattoos, music, laughter, and plenty of smiles. It was a wonderful day bringing everyone together to celebrate with colorful traditions and great company! 💃🌵🎊

We’ve been working tirelessly in our garden and it’s been so rewarding to watch everything come to life! Our residents have enjoyed getting their hands in the soil, planting with care, and adding special touches along the way—including creating our own beautiful beaded garden labels. 🌸🪴

There’s something so special about nurturing growth together while enjoying the sunshine and fresh air. We can’t wait to keep watching our garden bloom! 💚🌼

We’ve found our new favorite coffee spot—! ☕️

Our residents are loving their monthly outings to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee, great conversation, and a beautiful view. These moments out in the community bring so much joy and connection—and of course, a little caffeine boost never hurts!

We’re already looking forward to our next visit! 💛
