Started the morning with our friends at Midland Medical Lodge! ☀️ We kicked off the week with breakfast pizzas and great company. Thank you for the warm hospitality and for allowing us to share information about our Home Hospice and Home Nursing services. Here’s to a great week ahead!

This Father's Day, we're thinking about the dads, granddads, and father figures all across the Permian Basin.

The ones who showed up without being asked. Who fixed things, drove the long miles, sat in the waiting room, and never complained. Who said "I'm fine" when they weren't, because that's just how they were raised.

If your dad or grandfather is living with a serious illness right now, this is a good weekend to have the conversation you may have been putting off. Not because it's easy, but because he deserves care that matches who he is and what he's meant to this family.

Wrapping up CNA Week with gratitude for the incredible Certified Nursing Assistants who make a difference every day!

From Seminole, Big Spring, Monahans, and Denver City, our team enjoyed celebrating these dedicated caregivers. Home Hospice and Home Nursing were proud to provide goodies and lunch across multiple communities as a small token of appreciation for the compassion, hard work, and commitment CNAs bring to those they serve.

Not everyone who calls us needs hospice care, and that is completely okay.

Today is the longest day of the year.

Here is something a lot of people don't know about hospice care, and it's important enough to say out loud.

You do not have to have cancer to qualify.

While hospice has a long history of supporting cancer patients, we also serve people living with serious heart failure, end-stage lung disease, dementia, ALS, Parkinson's disease, and many other life-limiting conditions.

Hospice becomes appropriate when the goal of care shifts from curing an illness to keeping a person comfortable, present, and surrounded by love. Families who connect with us earlier in that journey almost always tell us they wish they had called sooner.
