💕 TO THE MOM WHO FEELS LIKE SHE’S NEVER DOING ENOUGH…
Maybe you pictured motherhood differently.
Maybe you thought you'd have more patience.
More energy.
More answers.
More time.
Maybe you look at other moms and wonder, “Why can't I seem to get it all together?”
Can we remind you of something?
You don't have to be a perfect mom.
You just have to be a real one. ❤️
🌿 Grace for the Mom I Am is a safe, supportive space for moms to come together, breathe, talk, laugh, reflect, and grow.
This isn't about telling you how to be a better mom.
It's about helping you recognize the strength in the mom you already are.
Together, we'll talk about:
💕 Mom guilt
🌱 Growth and changing seasons
🫶 The comparison trap
💭 The mom we thought we'd be vs. the mom we are
❤️ Learning to forgive ourselves
🌿 Giving ourselves permission to rest
🙏 Faith and God's grace
✍️ Turning our experiences into stories our children can cherish someday
And you'll have the opportunity to write a story from your own motherhood journey—something your child can read someday and understand a little more about the woman behind the title of Mom.
You don't have to walk through motherhood alone.
Come as you are.
Bring your stories.
Bring your struggles.
Bring your questions.
Bring your heart.
Leave encouraged. Leave reminded that YOU are enough. ❤️

Holiday Burnout vs. Depression: How to Tell the Difference

December can drain even the strongest people. But there’s an important distinction between holiday burnout and true depression—and understanding the difference helps you know what kind of support you need.

Holiday Burnout tends to look like:
• Emotional exhaustion
• Irritability
• Feeling overwhelmed
• Trouble concentrating
• Wanting a break from responsibilities
• Feeling “pulled in ten directions”

It usually improves with rest, boundaries, and slowing the pace.

Depression looks different:
• Loss of interest in things you usually enjoy
• Persistent sadness or emptiness
• Feeling hopeless or “numb”
• Sleep or appetite changes
• Social withdrawal
• Feeling like you’re just going through the motions
• Difficulty functioning day to day

One isn’t “more real” than the other, but depression needs deeper support, not just stress management.

If you’re unsure which one you’re experiencing, that’s okay. You don’t have to figure it out alone. Reaching out is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Your mental and emotional wellbeing matter, especially this time of year.
