I have learned the lessons. I have built the character. I have found the strength. I am now accepting peace, happiness, healthy love, financial abundance, and soft f**king seasons. 😂☀️

Respectfully, I’ve had enough character development for one lifetime.

Sometimes healing looks like surrendering the timeline you had in your head and trusting that God can see what you can’t. 🙏☀️

The closed door. The unanswered prayer. The plan that fell apart. The person you had to let go of.

Maybe it wasn’t rejection. Maybe it was redirection. Keep healing. Keep trusting. Keep walking. What God has for you won’t require you to destroy yourself trying to hold onto it. 🤍

When you stop being controllable.

Your body was made to move. Your lungs were made for fresh air. Your nervous system was never meant to spend its entire life in survival mode.

Go outside. Touch the earth. Climb the mountain. Feel the sun on your face.

What are my books and podcast about?

Well… the thing that almost destroyed me.

Manipulation.

I didn’t learn this s**t from a textbook. I learned it by living it. By questioning myself. By making excuses. By staying too long. By losing pieces of myself trying to understand someone else.

Now I teach the things I wish someone had taught me before I ever needed them.

Because if what I survived can help someone recognize manipulation sooner, trust themselves again, or finally find the courage to walk away…then I’m going to keep talking about it.

I turned my pain into purpose. ☀️

God, I’m so scared… what if I fail?

“Do not be afraid” is one of the most repeated messages throughout the Bible. You’ll often hear that it appears 365 times—one for every day of the year—but that exact number isn’t actually supported by Scripture.

What is undeniable is how often God reminds us not to live controlled by fear.

Maybe courage isn’t knowing you’re going to succeed.

Maybe courage is saying, “God, I’m scared as hell… but I’m going anyway.”

Faith doesn’t mean fear never shows up.
It means fear doesn’t get to make the decision.
