Align & Flow Studio is a healing space led by Melissa, a Certified Spinal Flow Practitioner and Neurogenic Yoga teacher.

Her work focuses on nervous system regulation, gentle movement, and the body’s natural ability to heal. Through my own healing journey, I have found methods and modalities that are powerful allies in helping people feel better in their bodies. Each time I have chosen to study these modalities and share them with other people. I have a passion to help people feel better and move better.
