Motherhood can feel isolating, but it doesn’t have to. Join us for Mom’s Social Hour, a monthly meetup created for moms who are craving connection, community, and a space to simply be themselves. Whether you’re navigating newborn life, toddler chaos, school schedules, or just looking to meet other moms who get it, this is your chance to step away from the daily demands and find your village.

Hosted by The Counseling Co, these casual monthly gatherings are designed to help moms build meaningful friendships, connect with other women in similar seasons of life, and leave feeling more supported.

Details:
• 11:30 AM each meetup
• $10 drop-in per event

At The Counseling Co, we specialize in women’s mental health. The kind that doesn’t always look dramatic from the outside, but feels really heavy on the inside.

The Reset Club is a monthly women’s yoga + connection experience designed to help you slow down, move your body, and actually feel like yourself again. This club is a space to exhale, reset your nervous system, and connect with other women.

Each month we gather for an all-levels yoga flow followed by space to connect and build real community with other women in a warm, welcoming environment.

Details:
• 9:30–10:30 AM each session
• $10 drop-in per class
