✨ 2 Years of Consonance Massage Therapy ✨

Two years ago, I set out with a simple intention: to create space for people to return to themselves.

Over time this work has taught me something I see again and again: Our body doesn’t respond to one moment of care, it responds to consistency.

The nervous system remembers.
It softens with repetition.
It trusts what is steady.

As I reflect on these two years, I’m grateful for every person who has allowed me to be part of that process.
