If you have been paying a premium for avocado-based foods, you have been sold a bunch of lies!!! Very unfortunate study but it's always good to have the information. Moral of the story, the more you avoid processed foods, the more likely you are to eat higher quality foods.

All of your favorite influencers are telling you to take this and telling you to take that.
