💊 Medication Technician Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver medications to residents
Administer medications according to established procedures
Accurately document every medication dose
Observe residents for changes in condition or behavior
Communicate changes or medical concerns to nursing staff
Follow all medication and safety protocols
Provide compassionate, respectful resident care

⭐ What We’re Looking For

Medication Technician/Caregiver certification as required
Current First Aid & CPR certification
Knowledge of medications, medical terminology, and common conditions
Excellent attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good computer and documentation skills
Ability to prepare medication doses accurately
Patient, calm, and compassionate demeanor
Strong problem-solving skills
Reliable and committed to quality resident care
