Our residents had a great time making their own Kentucky Derby–inspired hats as part of this month’s theme! 🏇 👒

Using flowers, ribbons, and other decorative accents, everyone designed a unique hat and enjoyed showing off their finished creations. The afternoon included plenty of laughter, a fun “hat parade,” and continued into dinner as many proudly kept their hats on.

It was a simple, engaging activity that encouraged creativity, conversation, and connection while highlighting an iconic Kentucky Derby tradition. 👏

Fun Friday was a sweet success! 🍰😋

Residents enjoyed a delicious pre-dinner treat of Caramel Apple Truffle Cups, featuring cinnamon apples, pound cake, whipped cream, and a caramel drizzle.

The desserts were a big hit and made for a fun, social afternoon filled with smiles, good company, and plenty of happy taste tests. ✨

Earlier this month, we had the incredible honor of celebrating a special milestone here at - Mildred’s 100th Birthday! 🥳 💯

Our birthday queen spent the day feeling extra special in her tiara and sash, truly reigning in style as we honored 100 amazing years of memories, wisdom, and joy.

The celebration was even more meaningful with a special visit from her son, who joined us for this unforgettable occasion.

Happy 100th Birthday, Mildred! 🧡 👑

We celebrated Mother’s Day in the sweetest way at with a special Muffins & Mimosas gathering hosted by our amazing Dining Services Director, Wendy, and Resident Programs Director, Lindsey! 💐🩷

Residents and their loved ones enjoyed a morning filled with delicious treats, laughter, and meaningful moments together. Beautiful flowers were also shared to make the day extra special.

Here’s to honoring the incredible women who fill our lives with love, strength, and cherished memories! 🥂

was thrilled to welcome Paula, our VP of Resident Programs & Memory Care for a special ! 🤩

As part of her bucket list, Paula shared her upcoming adventure to climb Mount Kilimanjaro in Africa. It's a perfect connection to our 2026 theme.

Everyone was inspired as she described her preparation and even learned a Swahili phrase to cheer her on - "Pole, pole, Paula," which means "Slowly, slowly, Paula." ⛰️📍

The best part? Getting to sign the flag that she will carry with her to the summit! ✨
