Breaking the silence on mental health—one conversation at a time.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, let's acknowledge a powerful truth: stigma thrives in silence, but healing happens in community. Every time we speak openly about mental health, we create ripples of change that reach far beyond what we can see.

Why breaking the silence matters:

• 60% of people with mental health conditions don't seek help due to stigma
• Open conversations normalize seeking professional care
• Sharing experiences helps others feel less alone
• It challenges harmful myths and misconceptions
• Creates safer spaces in families, workplaces, and communities

How you can help break the silence:

• Share your story when you feel safe to do so
• Listen without judgment when others open up
• Use person-first language ("person with depression" not "depressed person")
• Challenge stigmatizing comments when you hear them
• Support mental health initiatives in your community
• Advocate for better access to quality care

Remember: You don't have to share your personal struggles to be an advocate. Simply supporting others, sharing educational content, or normalizing therapy can make a difference.

At Radial, we're committed to breaking down barriers to innovative mental health care. When we combine open conversations with access to breakthrough treatments like TMS, Spravato®, and neurofeedback, transformation becomes possible.

Your voice matters. Your story matters. Your advocacy matters. 💚

🌱 Small steps, big changes. Your mental wellness journey starts with today's choices.

Mental health isn't just about crisis intervention—it's about the daily habits that build resilience, clarity, and emotional strength over time. This Mental Health Awareness Month, let's focus on the power of consistency.

Simple daily habits that transform mental wellness:

• 5 minutes of deep breathing or meditation
• Writing down 3 things you're grateful for
• Taking a 10-minute walk outside
• Setting one small, achievable goal
• Practicing self-compassion when you struggle
• Connecting with someone who matters to you
• Limiting social media before bed
• Prioritizing 7-8 hours of sleep

The science is clear: Small, consistent actions create lasting neurological changes that support better mood, reduced anxiety, and improved cognitive function.

Remember: You don't need to overhaul your entire life overnight. Start with one habit. Master it. Then add another.

At Radial, we believe in comprehensive mental health care—combining evidence-based daily practices with breakthrough treatments when needed. Whether it's mindfulness techniques or innovative therapies like TMS, every step toward wellness matters.

What small step will you take today for your mental health? Share in the comments—your commitment might inspire someone else to start their journey. 💚

💚 Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is simply show up.

When someone you love is struggling with their mental health, it's natural to want to fix everything. But here's what we've learned: your presence often matters more than your solutions.

How to truly support someone in crisis:

• Listen without trying to solve everything
• Ask "How can I support you?" instead of assuming
• Validate their feelings without minimizing them
• Be patient with their healing process
• Offer specific help: "Can I bring dinner?" vs. "Let me know if you need anything"
• Stay consistent—check in regularly, not just during tough moments

What NOT to say:
❌ "Just think positive"
❌ "Others have it worse"
❌ "Have you tried yoga?"

What TO say:
✅ "I'm here for you"
✅ "Your feelings are valid"
✅ "What do you need right now?"

Remember: You don't have to be a therapist to be supportive. Sometimes the greatest gift is simply believing someone when they tell you they're struggling and helping them access professional care when needed.

At Radial, we understand that healing happens in community. While breakthrough treatments like TMS and innovative therapies can transform lives, the support of loved ones remains irreplaceable.

Your compassion can be someone's lifeline. 🤝

Share this if you're committed to being a safe space for those you love.

💼 Mental health doesn't clock out at 5 PM.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, let's talk about something that affects us all: workplace mental health. The statistics are eye-opening, but the solutions are within our reach.

The workplace reality:

• 76% of employees report workplace stress affects their mental health
• Burnout costs companies billions in turnover and lost productivity
• 1 in 4 workers have called in sick due to stress
• Yet only 23% feel comfortable discussing mental health at work

Creating supportive environments means:

• Normalizing mental health conversations
• Providing Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs)
• Offering flexible work arrangements
• Training managers to recognize warning signs
• Reducing stigma around seeking help
• Supporting access to quality mental health care

When workplaces prioritize mental wellness, everyone wins: higher productivity, lower turnover, increased innovation, and healthier teams.

At Radial, we believe access to breakthrough mental health treatments shouldn't depend on your zip code or insurance plan. Supporting workplace mental health means ensuring employees can access the care they need—including innovative therapies when traditional approaches haven't worked.

Your mental health matters—at work and beyond. 🧠✨

🚨 The teen mental health crisis is real—and it's happening right now.

Today's adolescents are navigating unprecedented challenges that previous generations never faced. The statistics are staggering, but more importantly, the solutions are within reach.

What teens are facing today:

• Social media comparison and cyberbullying
• Academic pressure and college competition
• Identity formation in a digital world
• Climate anxiety and global uncertainty
• Post-pandemic social isolation effects

The reality: 1 in 5 teens experience a severe mental health disorder, yet many don't receive the help they need.

How we can help:

• Normalize mental health conversations at home
• Recognize warning signs early
• Provide access to age-appropriate treatment
• Support innovative therapies designed for young minds
• Create safe spaces for teens to express themselves

At Radial, we're pioneering research in adolescent mental health treatment, including studies on TMS therapy for teens. Early intervention isn't just helpful—it's life-changing.

Every teen deserves to thrive, not just survive their adolescence. 💚
