Angisabel Aguilar; M.A
MHC of Constellation Support Services.

Angisabel Aguilar was born in Valencia, Venezuela, and grew up in a home where caring for others was simply part of daily life; her mother is a physician and from an early age she saw up close what it means to sit with someone in their most vulnerable moment. She was educated at Pío XII Salesian School, where she learned that service to others and personal discipline go hand in hand, a lesson that still shapes the way she practices today. She studied Law at the University of Carabobo and Psychology with a Clinical specialty in Arturo Michelena University; two paths that once seemed separate, but that she now understands as one: both grew out of the same desire to accompany people when life becomes hard to carry.
Her clinical career began more than a decade ago at the “Dr. José Ortega Durán” Psychiatric Hospital in Valencia, where she conducted intake interviews, clinical histories and evaluations with adults and adolescents living with severe mental illness and addiction. In the years that followed she built a broad foundation across settings; organizational psychology, private practice with individuals and families, group and individual counseling with older adults. After emigrating to the United States, psychosocial rehabilitation, targeted case management and outpatient therapy with adults and adolescents. Emigrating taught her from the inside what it means to begin again: uprooting, language barrier, strength it takes to rebuild and that experience became the compass of her clinical work.
Her practice integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, complex and intergenerational trauma care and crisis intervention, supported by credentials in Psychological First Aid (NCTSN), case management, and child protection training through the Florida Department of Children and Families. She practices in both Spanish and English because she believes no one should go without help simply for lack of someone who speaks their language and she works from the conviction that every person brings a story worthy of respect .

Bettys Rico; BA
PSR & Lee County Marketing Representative .

My name is Bettys Rico Alegría. I was born in Ciego de Ávila, Cuba, and come from a humble yet deeply hardworking family guided by exceptional values. At home, I learned the importance of discipline, responsibility, honesty, and service. I am the daughter of Aida Anastacia Alegría Fernández, born on April 15, 1945, and Raúl Diosdado Rico Ramos, born on August 10, 1940. Although both of my parents have passed away, their example continues to serve as an essential reference in my personal and professional life.
I had a happy and loving childhood, surrounded by family experiences that helped shape my character and my sensitivity to the needs of others. My vocation for medicine—and, later, for public health—was inspired, to a great extent, by my desire to follow in the footsteps of my only sister, who is older than I am and practices medicine in Cuba. Her example sparked my interest in medicine and strengthened my commitment to dedicating my professional life to care, prevention, and the well-being of communities.
I began my primary education in September 1985 at Alfredo Álvarez Mena Primary School, where I studied until June 1991. I then attended ESBU Onelio Hernández Taño for secondary education from September 1991 to July 1994. Between September 1994 and July 1997, I completed my pre-university studies at IPVEC Maximiliano Ramos González.
In August 1997, I entered the University of Medical Sciences of Ciego de Ávila. I completed my medical studies in 2003 and graduated with honors as a Doctor of Medicine. After graduation, I fulfilled my social service as a general physician in Primary Health Care in Ciego de Ávila from 2003 to 2004.
From 2004 to 2006, I completed a residency in Comprehensive General Medicine and graduated with honors as a First-Degree Specialist in Comprehensive General Medicine. Between 2013 and 2015, I completed a residency in Hygiene and Epidemiology and also graduated with honors as a First-Degree Specialist in that field. This training strengthened my competencies in disease prevention, epidemiological surveillance, health promotion, health education, and community
